Terra Rosa, a coffee brand in Gangwon Province with various branches in Korea, is located in F1963 which has also landed in Busan and renovated its iron wire factory.

F1963 is a complex cultural space completed by renovating the Korea Steel Suyong plant, a Busan company that makes wires.

The Goryeo Steel Suyeong plant, which has been producing wires for about 45 years since 1963, has been suspended since 2008, and has been used as a warehouse for a long time. Starting with the Busan Biennale Special Exhibition held in 2014, it has been reborn as a cultural space through the Busan Biennale Exhibition Hall in 2016.

F stands for Factory, which means factory, and 1963 represents the year when the Goryeo Steel Suyong factory opened.
