Samgwangsa Temple, about 15 minutes away by village bus from Seomyeon, Busan, where Busan Subway Lines 1 and 2 intersect, is a temple belonging to the Cheontae Order, known as the center of missionary work in the city built in 1986 with a wide site of about 115,500 square meters.

The main buildings in the precincts include the main Buddha, Sakyamuni Bodhisattva, the Bodhisattva of Hyeopsi, the Buddha Triad of Gwaneum Bodhisattva, and Daeungbojeon Hall, which houses a 30-meter-high 53-sided nine-story Daebo Tower from Tibet, Myanmar, and India. In addition, there are Jigwanjeon Hall, a comprehensive Buddhist church where more than 1,000 believers can enter, Beophwasammaedang Hall, a 5-story Buddhist sanctuary with 5,610 square meters, and Beomjonggak Pavilion.
