Hadong-gun, facing Jirisan National Park in the north and the sea in the south, is a nature-friendly place surrounded by majestic mountains, wide seas, and calm rivers on three sides.

Historically, there is Gososeong County Park, which was built as a defense line for the Gaya Empire against Baekje forces, and at the foot of the mountain is the House of Choi Champan, where a dramatization of Kim Kyung-ri's epic novel was filmed.
